2. How to Opt In
You can enroll in the Program by:
Submitting your mobile number through a form on receptionist.foreverreadysolutions.com (such as our contact, demo request, or sign-up form) and checking the SMS consent box
Texting the keyword DEMO to 980.410.9332
Providing your number and consent verbally during a sales call (we will confirm in writing)
Providing your number and consent in writing on a signed agreement
By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours (or that you have authority to provide it) and you consent to receive text messages from Forever Ready Solutions at that number, including messages sent or generated using automated systems and AI agents. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. AI-Assisted Messaging
Some messages you receive, and some replies to your messages, may be sent or generated by automated systems, including AI agents operated by Forever Ready Solutions. You can request to speak with a human at any time by replying with a message such as "speak to a person" or by emailing [email protected].
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your stage in our sales or customer lifecycle. You may receive more messages while actively scheduling a demo or onboarding, and fewer once you are an established customer.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Forever Ready Solutions is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
6. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 980.998.0388 or to any message you receive from us. We also honor common opt-out variations such as "UNSUBSCRIBE," "CANCEL," "STOP," and "QUIT." After you opt out, we will send you a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, opt in again as described in Section 2.

8. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy and Data Sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent record with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the Program (such as our SMS platform and AI infrastructure providers), but only as needed to deliver messages to you and operate the Service.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
11. Changes to the Program
We may modify or terminate the Program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required by law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including its availability, reliability, or accuracy. We are not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or errors in messages caused by your carrier, device, or other factors outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Ready Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
